Treeno

Secure Repository

Powerful. Flexible. Easy-to-Use.
The Treeno Content Server provides a tremendous variety of searching capabilities to find documents stored in the system. Documents are indexed using important metadata to identify a document, such as account names, invoice number, address, etc. Treeno gives your organization ultimate control over what documents and files are stored and organized in the system. In some cases, usually with high-transaction processes, it is desirable to minimize the metadata that is required to store this information. However, even in these situations, most if not all of the metadata can be captured automatically by utilizing one of Treeno's many integration techniques.

Treeno OCR Module will process all scanned documents, MS Office file, PDF's, and emails by extracting the content of those items and putting it in our full-text searchable database. This content becomes invaluable when documents are not indexed using the information that you are searching for.

Treeno has also partnered with EMC to provide an integrated solution between the Treeno Content Server and the EMC Centera storage device. The EMC Centera uses content-address storage, built-in security controls, and retention enforcement to ensure that highly regulated industries such as healthcare, government, insurance and financial services meet all compliance laws. In fact, the Centera has been certified by the SEC to meet their strict SEC 17a4 rules with an entirely disk-based solution. Treeno has integrated with all version of the Centera, including the Compliance Edition Plus and the Governance Edition by directly interfaces with its SDK which provides the best integration possible. Treeno can work with Centera so that all items are automatically stored into it, or it can be configured so that only items that meet a certain criteria will be stored there ? either way this is completely transparent to the end user. This multi-tiered storage approach can provide the most effective use of the Centera device. Customers such as First Heartland Financial have used the Treeno Content Server and to comply with their regulatory needs, save money on backups, and ensure the longevity of their most important data.
