ECM provider develops Salesforce.com integration module

 

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – August 24, 2009 - Treeno Software, an enterprise content management (ECM) provider, recently announced that it has launched an integration module with SaaS-based Salesforce.com.

The software, called the Treeno Salesforce Connector, will enable users to integrate their document management with Salesforce.com's customer relationship management (CRM) applications.

This includes the ability to drag and drop emails and other documents from the desktop into the Salesforce.com application.

One Treeno Software client, 401(k) administration firm Retirement Alliance, recently deployed the new integration module.

"Despite the numerous integration points with Treeno, the switch from our previous CRM solution to Salesforce.com was seamless, with no disruption to our staff or our clients," said Kim St. Pierre, president of Retirement Alliance. "Treeno's ability to pull data from Salesforce.com gives us efficiency gains by minimizing the effort required to update client information and providing us with a task list that is always up-to-date."

The Treeno Salesforce Connector was developed using Salesforce.com Web Services API.
