The Treeno Content Server is the core of all Treeno Solutions. This provides storage and management of all documents and files. Treeno's industry standard SSL security ensures that all information is encrypted during transmission. This provides the same level of security used by the world's largest banks. Treeno also protect access to your organizations information by employing a comprehensive security model based on user and group permissions. All documents and activity that takes place in the system is fully audited. The Content Server provides bar code functionality built-into the system so that bar codes came be generated and recognized in the system to help automate workflow's and processing of scanned items. Any file type can be stored in the Content Server and can be index with a wide range of metadata options based on the organizations needs. Filing structure, metadata, and document type fields are easily setup and configured by system administrators without any IT involvement.
The Treeno Content Server provides a variety of deployment options. All major components of the Content Server can be deployed in a multi-tier configuration, allowing the web server, database, storage, portal, capture, and image processing components to reside on separate servers or be combined into one physical server. There are many configuration examples, but a larger deployment may have multiple web servers, use an existing database cluster, and connect to a SAN for image storage. Other items such as the portal, capture and image processing components could be combined onto a single server. A Treeno representative will be able to assist in designing the optimal configuration based on your own unique needs. The Treeno Content Server can also be deployed using virtualization technology such as VMWare. If you are looking to minimize the complexity of a document management deployment the Treeno Content Server is also provided as a fully functional network appliance or as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Treeno has also completed a rigorous testing procedure with IBM and has received the "Ready for IBM Systems with Linux" certification. Our validated solution certifies that the Treeno Content Server runs on all IBM servers, including their Power Systems (System i and System p) which are used for high-end purposes.

The Treeno Vault is a pre-loaded, browser-based network appliance that can be plugged into your in-house network and configured in less than 5 minutes. The Treeno Vault is available with Treeno Business Edition, Treeno Enterprise Edition, and all available add-on modules. Best of all, the Treeno Vault comes with a 3-year next day exchange warrantee which eliminates any hassle with computer hardware and minimizes any down-time for your organization. The network appliance includes an LCD at the face of the device which allows for easy setup on your network.
SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)
Treeno SaaS
Treeno SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) offers a full-blown Treeno Enterprise Edition with the Workflow Engine. Treeno maintains all backups, upgrades, network, and other IT needs in a SAS70 Type II-compliant data center. Treeno SaaS is used by some of the large businesses in the world including banks and financial services companies.
