Any scanner is fully compatible with Treeno to turn paper into digital files. Treeno can route scanned documents to the server using the Treeno File Monitor.
Treeno File Monitor will route scanned documents to the Treeno Content Server. Bar Code recognition is embedded into this .NET application allowing scanned document to be split and processed even when working with multifunction devices that typically don't provide bar code software. In addition to bar codes, the Treeno File Monitor can also setup "hot folders" that allow documents placed in the folder to move to the Treeno server to an inbox, archiving location, or to begin a workflow. A single file monitor can accept scanned pages from an unlimited amount of scanning devices. When files are transferred to the Treeno server all data and files are encrypted.
Kodak Capture Pro Software is fully integrated with the Treeno Content Server. This minimizes the setup and configuration required to scan using the Kodak Capture Pro Software. Treeno Email Management for Microsoft Outlook allows users' to simply and efficiently store emails on the Treeno Content Server while working inside of Outlook. Users can seamlessly attach emails to financial transactions, customer records, or any other business record. The Treeno Email Management for Microsoft Outlook used in conjunction with the Treeno Legacy Integrator allows users to drag-and-drop email messages to an integrated application, completely eliminating any manual data entry. Non-integrated users can also benefit with a button embedded into the Outlook tool bar. Treeno Email Management for Microsoft Outlook works with Outlook version 2000 and greater, including Outlook 2007.
Outlook Workflow Plug-In is designed specifically for companies and users who are very Outlook-centric. Treeno's Content Server can push all designated workflow items to pre-defined users or groups so it can be fully processed within the Outlook application. Treeno Email Management for Lotus Notes allows emails stored in Notes to be saved in the Treeno Content Server. Emails can be associated with financial transactions, customer records, or any other business record. Along with connecting an email to a record in Treeno, the system will automatically use the To, From, Subject and Date information to store the email. This allows search on any information related to the email, including the body of the email.
Treeno Fax Auto-Import Agent will connect to any electronic fax software and will import those items in the Treeno Content Server. Emails can be auto-routed to user inboxes, filing cabinets, or can enter a workflow. All incoming faxes are date and time stamped and can capture things such as call id information and fax number if you have multiple lines.
Treeno Email Auto-Import Agent will connect to any email system using POP or IMAP and will automatically pull emails into the Treeno Content Server. Emails can be routed to one of many places including inboxes, filing cabinets, and workflows. Further configurations allow for custom routing of emails based on email recipients, subjects or content in the email.
Print-to-Treeno allows users to save a PDF image to the Treeno Content Server. This works with any application that you can print from. A high quality text-searchable PDF file will be created and will allow the user to save it anywhere in the Treeno Content Server.
Treeno PDF Form Plug-In utilizes Adobe's ability to create easy-to-use forms that allow for text entry, drop downs, date selectors, and other data entry fields. The text-fillable forms can be submitted to the Treeno Content Server where specific values are mapped to fields in cabinets and can initiate workflows. The PDF form itself will also be stored on the Treeno Content server, allowing the entire PDF document to be reviewed. The Treeno PDF Form Plug-In allows the form to be fully portable. Anywhere there is an internet connection, the form can be submitted to the Treeno Content Server without the need for the user to know passwords or server names (all of this is embedded into the PDF form). This is the perfect solution for posting forms on your organization web site and allowing users to fill out the form and submit the information to your Treeno Content Server where it can be fully utilized and tracked.
